Habit Tracker lets you create daily habits, check them off each day, and see your current and longest streaks along with a progress heatmap. Everything happens locally in your browser. That is all it does.
None. Habit Tracker has no servers, no account, no sign-in, no sync, and no backend. We do not collect, transmit, store, sell, or share any of your data — not the habits you create, not your completion history, and no personal or usage data. We cannot see any of it.
Your habits, settings, and daily completion history are kept locally on your device using the browser's own extension storage, so they are there next time you open the popup. They never leave your browser and are removed when you uninstall the extension. You can also export them to a JSON file yourself from the settings page for your own backup.

Habit Tracker requests a single permission: storage, used only to save your habits
and progress locally on your device. It has no host permissions and no access to the pages you visit,
and none of this involves any network access or data collection.
Deleting a habit removes it and its history. The settings page also has a "Delete all data" button. Uninstalling the extension removes everything it has stored. Habit Tracker keeps no data anywhere else, because there is nowhere else — it has no servers.
